They cheat and steal money from the pros using their services to find clients and it goes completely unnoticed because of how large of companies they are. Use other methods. Many times pros have their websites listed which you can contact them thru directly.

It hurts my soul when I see clients windows lose the shine due to poor maintenance, so here are some tips to keep windows spotless between cleanings:
- Use a Microfiber Cloth for Quick Wipes: Keep a microfiber cloth handy to quickly wipe away smudges, fingerprints, or dust. Its fine fibers trap dirt effectively without scratching glass. Gently rub in circular motions for best results.
- Spot-Clean with Vinegar Solution: Mix equal parts white vinegar and water in a spray bottle. For small spots or streaks, spritz lightly and wipe with a microfiber cloth or lint-free towel. This prevents buildup and keeps glass clear.
- Avoid Cleaning in Direct Sunlight: Cleaning windows in direct sun can cause solutions to dry too quickly, leaving streaks. Opt for cloudy days or shaded times to maintain a streak-free finish.
- Apply a Glass Protectant: Products like Rain-X or similar glass treatments create a protective layer that repels water, dust, and grime. Apply according to instructions (usually with a cloth, then buff off) for longer-lasting clarity.
- Keep Window Frames and Sills Clean: Dust and debris on frames or sills can transfer to glass. Vacuum or wipe them weekly with a damp cloth to prevent buildup.
- Quickly Address Bird Droppings or Sap: These can etch glass if left too long. Gently scrape off sticky residue with a plastic scraper, then clean with the vinegar solution.
- Maintain Screens: Dirty screens can transfer dust to windows. Remove and rinse screens monthly with a hose, or vacuum them with a soft brush attachment.
