Straight from my commentary desk. If you are not awake here’s your chance to open your eyes and be conscious. There are things in the physical world we learn through acquiring, perceptions and sometimes there’s just a knowingly. We are one of the most expensive countries to live in from housing and housing related costs, foods of all kinds, energy - meaning gasoline prices and the affect high energy prices have on the downstream and upstream of products. Why would a country buy oil from anywhere when we have our own recourses? Nonsensical. Heating and cooling our homes, internet costs, phone bills, etc. You do not need to be a rocket scientist (or on TikTok to have a figurine convince you otherwise). If you’re old enough to care for yourself, then what I’m talking about you already know. If not, let the light of your own awareness guide you.

This recipe looks A M A Z I N G.
Since I’ve recently reduced my diet to juicing, no gluten, basically vegetarian. Lots of fresh fruits and veggies. I am not vegan because I love fish and occasional dairy works.
Beans are my favorite most of all.

Being an artist is being in the moment, changing things up constantly. If I see something I like I paint it, if I feel like doing abstract I’ll look at colors that inspire me and do that too.
If I see a pic I like, I make it into my own and that’s what I like to do, just paint.
As an artist, I do what I like, when I feel
like painting, wherever the moment brings me.

I was reading through Rachel Ashwell’s book, The Prarie, which I haven’t picked up in a few years.
I’m inspired by how she put her book together.
While thumbing through the pages, enamored by her old China, I realized I needed a few new-old pieces. Lots of photos were of pieces she picked up in RT, showcased at her bnb, The Prarie.
She was ahead of her time.
Since then the property has been sold several times over, but the legacy of her inspiration lives on in her book.

After reading through it, I coincidentally (there are no coincidences) stumbled onto these pieces of China, thinking about how I needed just a few more.
Literally, they were dropped into my lap.
Manifestation, it’s wonderous how it works.
I picked them up today from the vendor.
