“Did we lose money on this project or did we put the client first…?”

So both technically…

Our client moved into a home that she wanted to get light renovations done for along with five rooms of decor, with one of the rooms being the primary bedroom. She was going to leave the primary bathroom for phase 2 we suggested to her since she was already getting the carpet removed from the bedroom along with getting the whole house painted and giving her fireplace in her bedroom a facelift it would be in her best interest to go ahead and get the primary bathroom completed in phase one. This would eliminate the transfer of dust from the bathroom renovation getting all over her bedroom if she were to complete the bathroom in phase 2. Due to the funds that she already had allocated for phase one this would mean she would have to remove two of the rooms that were supposed to get decor to phase 2 to shift funds around to facilitate the ex*****on of the primary bathroom. This essentially would mean less money for us for phase one but make more sense for the client to have a completed primary suite and eliminate the chaos of dust being transferred to her beautiful new bedroom. This was a no-brainer for us, the bathroom had to be prioritized!✨

At the end of the day our clients comfort means the most to us even if it means we make less.
