Today’s soap isn’t about being pretty — it’s about making a really good bar of soap
This batch is made with goat’s milk, Manjistha root, and French red clay, with bright grapefruit top notes softened by vanilla -base and peony-heart notes.
French red clay is known for its gentle mineral-rich cleansing properties and is often used to help absorb excess oil and leave skin feeling soft and refreshed. Manjistha root has been traditionally used in skincare for its earthy botanical properties and gentle exfoliation, and potential skin-brightening benefits. It is prized for its soothing, anti-inflammatory properties that can help even out skin tone and reduce acne
The goat’s milk adds a creamy, nourishing lather that feels comforting on the skin, while the scent is fresh, soft, and slightly floral with just enough warmth from the vanilla.
Not every handmade soap has to be fancy to be special. Sometimes the best ones are made with simple, thoughtful ingredients that just feel good to use.
