hey y’all!! i’m putting together two baskets from our cozy kitchen community for cove house’s annual banquet raffle + auctions, and i need a little help filling them up! 🫶🏽

one will be kitchen themed: think spatulas, kitchen towels, sponge holders, dry mixes, cookie mixes, recipe cards or holders, and anything else that belongs in a cozy kitchen.

the other will be home themed: candles, wall decor, handmade goods, and little things that make a space feel like home.

whether you’re a local business, a cozy kitchen shopper or someone who wants to help, you’re welcome to contribute! if you’ve got a new, unused item that fits either basket, comment below or message me so we can arrange getting it to me.

businesses, feel free to include a business card so whoever takes the basket home knows where their goodies came from! 👀

we already have pancake mix, hot cocoa, a ticket for a free cookie box + room spray. who wants to help us fill in the rest? 🤭

i need all contributions by 10/24 so i have time to assemble the baskets and get them to Cove House Emergency Homeless Shelter, Inc.. no pressure, but every contribution helps us put something special together for a place that supports our community. 🥹🫶🏽

we're two! (and about three months late announcing it on the blog.) 😅

from the kitchen of a. officially turned two in july, and somehow, here we are in october finally sitting down to talk about it.

year two was full of changes. new products, new storefronts, new cities, more markets, launching cozy kitchen market, and a whole lot of behind-the-scenes work that y'all don't always get to see.

but the best part? the people.

those of you who keep showing up, bringing your friends, visiting me from other cities, sharing your experiences and supporting this little kitchen as it continues to grow.

year two was more than i could've asked for, and i'm so excited to see what year three brings.

anemic crew, stand up! but slowly… don’t need you passing out on me. 😭😂

listen, i get it.

iron strong is one of those blends that has had a permanent little spot in the kitchen for a reason.

kids, cars and a little shopping? sounds like a a perfect saturday family/work day to me. 🙌🏽

i’ll be an indoor vendor at the 5th annual day for kids & car show on saturday, october 17 from 10 am–2 pm at the boys & girls club of copperas cove!

bring the kiddos for the activities, check out the cars and come find my booth while you’re there. i’ll have teas, seasonal goodies and some of your regular favorites. 🫶🏽

world mental health day. 🫶🏽

mental health is hard. sometimes it's messy, exhausting and downright overwhelming. but instead of spending today talking about all the hardships that come with it, i wanted to do something a little different.

something simple. something that takes less than ten minutes and reminds us that even when life feels heavy, there's still good to be found.

today's blog is a little different from the usual. i've got three questions for you, and i'd love for you to answer them. whether you keep those answers to yourself or share them in the comments, they're yours.

not me day dreaming about this spaghetti sandwich i made weeks ago… while simultaneously picking up a dozen rolls… 🫣

details:
cheesy garlic savory roll by none other than Sticky Fingers Bakery, ground primal blend by Bison Cove Ranch, and good ole H-E-B coming in clutch for the noodles and sauce cause i wanted it quick.

highly recommend toasting the roll and slathering some spaghetti on top and devouring it as a sandwich. 🙇🏽‍♀️🙌🏽

if you haven’t checked out these businesses already, go ahead and do that! don’t say i didn’t warn you, and like i’ve said for years, ✨balance✨.

Main St. Mercantile’s fall soulstice reset has me giddy. 🥹🍂

the shelves look STUNNING and we still might be adding more. y’all did the switcharoo on me though. 😂 i pulled out some teas i thought y’all weren’t loving, and now i gotta put them back because apparently they were some of your september favorites?!
