The Hard Rock Stadium commissioned 2+ Architects to design a new security entrance gate to screen both guest vehicles and large delivery trucks. The clean modern design allows for temporary displays of event banners and flags, alongside Hardrock Stadium’s iconic guitars.

This six-unit residential building balances clean lines, human scale, and urban sensitivity. Thoughtfully designed spaces invite connection and community rather than imposing on their residents. Defined volumes, subtle balconies, and generous setbacks create a harmonious transition between public and private areas.

Here’s a sneak peak of the final phase of our Joseph Caleb Auditorium Renovation Project!

Our newest client reached out with the hopes
of updating their adjacent duplex properties.
Their special request? Find a way to create
another unit! 🏡

Our team took full advantage of the available
space by designing a brand-new building to
connect the properties. With the new building
in place, we updated the facades of the old
ones to create a cohesive design. Finally, a
communal courtyard-style space was added
for those perfect summer barbecues! ☀️
