There are only 2 weeks left of the free summer meals program. Meal boxes hold breakfast and lunch for 1 week per child. They are available at Corinne City Office on Tuesday the 11th & 18th from 1:00p to 2:00p for children 18 and younger. Kids must be present.

Saturday was a big day in Corinne as we continued our July 4th celebration. We had something for everyone this special year, starting with our annual Flag Ceremony where our own Mayor Shane Baton touched all our hearts. We enjoyed a community breakfast where your city council members served up some great food. This year we introduced our first Grand Marshall for the parade; Marian Danielson who was honored as the new Corinne City Honorary Historian. Everyone enjoyed the parade and then moved onto all the different activities. We had a family bike ride, bingo, baseball tournament, train rides, a car show, assorted games for the kids, and a wonderful display in city hall honoring our community Veterans. People ate lots of hamburgers the Fire Department cooked up for us. Big thank you for everyone who participated in making this year so special.

Friday, July 3rd kicked off 2 days of celebrating our country's 250th birthday in Corinne. Thank you to Lisa Baton, the weekend committee chairman and Beulah Wells for a fantastic and heartfelt pageant. And a HUGE thank you to our Corinne City Fire Department for their tireless efforts to put on a safe fireworks show for all to enjoy. The field was full of families, neighbors, and friends and everyone left with smiles. Enjoy the pictures.
