Today I participated in the Frost Bank Business Foundations course!

We learned about community resources, met with community partners like the Del Mar College SBDC, SCORE Corpus Christi, and United Corpus Christi Chamber, and networked with other Coastal Bend small businesses.

I was so excited to see my friends Lindsey from Midnight Technologies LLC and Elena from Elena Flores as part of a small business panel discussion!

Thank you to everyone who made this event happen - it was such a valuable event! If you are a small business owner in the Coastal Bend, make sure you use these community resources. They offer trainings all the time and 99% of the time, they’re FREE!

We are so excited to announce a few markets we have in the upcoming weeks!

First up is the this upcoming weekend! We were honored to be invited to participate in this event, and we're super excited about what it's going to offer! 3 days of live music, art, storytelling, and so much more!

Next is the October 10th in Port Aransas! We're excited to learn more about veganism and taste vegan friendly foods!

Finally, we have the festival October 24th! This is our first time participating in this festival, and we are SO excited to see Downtown CC come alive for Dia de los Mu***os!

As always, if you can't come see us at any of our events, we have work at
K Space Contemporary - Downtown CC
Art Center of Corpus Christi - Downtown CC
Bird Post Marketplace - Robstown, TX

Hope to see you soon!

Had to post some beauty shots of the magnetic chess set. This was such a fun, and challenging, commission. We're grateful we were given the opportunity to make it!

We’re excited to share our latest commission - a magnetic chess set for a couple that lives on a sailboat! ♟️⛵️

How far do you think we can tip the chess board before the pieces fall off?

Last night we participated in the at the , and we had a previous customer come up and say hi.

We got to chatting, and they reminded us that they had purchased one of our bread knives, and really enjoyed using it. They also let us know that using our bread knife encouraged them to come to the farmer's market each week to buy a loaf of sourdough!

We LOVED hearing this! If you know us at all, you know that we're all about building and supporting community, which includes other small businesses. To know that one of our products is used while supporting another small business makes us so happy!

Here's to more community over competition, and supporting small businesses!

We love a multi-use item!

This walnut tray with maple splines can be used as a "catch all" (a place to put your wallet, keys, and sunglasses at the end of the day,) or as a dice tray for gaming!

The tray is lined with a dark gray felt so that it won't be scratched by anything placed inside. No matter what it's used for, it'll look amazing in anyone's home!

This tray will be available at the Art Fest on July 4th and 5th!

This box is one of my favorite things I've made in a while. I just love the streaky nature of the walnut on the front and back, they raying of the oak, and the warmth of the cherry in the middle. Is it bad that I secretly hope this one doesn't sell?

See it at the Art Fest July 4th and 5th!
