A big thank you and congratulations to everyone who joined our first-ever Masterclass at the Texas State Museum of Asian Cultures and Education Center. We deep dived into learning the art of making Chinese Dumplings, from making fresh homemade wrappers, mastering foundational dumpling folds, creating three classic fillings, and cooking them 3 ways. We made incredible memories and filled our bellies with delicious dumplings!

We would like to extend a special thanks to participants who came from out of town to spend their Sunday afternoon with us. We hope to see you all again in future classes!👩🏻‍🍳

Coming this October 25th, our second exclusive cooking class for the Girl Scouts of Greater South Texas!👩🏻‍🍳
