Okay, Hot Mess Moms… I owe y’all an apology. 😂❤️

I have been MIA around here lately because I’ve been SO busy with my little business, The Late Night, and between working, creating, orders, and life in general… this mama has been running on approximately 3 brain cells. 😂🫠

BUT I’m back today with something VERY important:

I made them and I genuinely was not prepared for how freaking GOOD they are. Like… mind-blowing. 🤤🤤🤤

These aren’t just “pretty good, I’d make them again” meatballs.

These are “WHY HAVE I NOT BEEN MAKING THESE MY WHOLE LIFE?!” meatballs.

This is what we are having for dinner. It looks delicious uncooked and I can’t wait to try it. This was so simple to put together. I think it took me 5 minutes maybe less. I bought cilantro lime chips to eat with it.

This is what I made tonight for dinner. When I tell you this dish was 🔥…. It’s an understatement. I of course l, had to give this dish some Abbey Flair and I did use garlic while the tomatoes were cooking and also added cooked spinach into the meatballs. I topped it with some red pepper flakes and served. If you love pasta try this recipe!

This was so easy. Literally season and set it and forget it. I served mine over mashed potatoes.
