Welcome to a new beginning ✨Where Green Girls grow.

It has been a while and life has a way of turning things upside down. This page will be undergoing changes, and I intend to utilize it as a safe space. A place for healing, a place for finding peace. With that in mind, respect is essential here. We are all navigating different life paths and facing our own challenges. RESPECT and KINDNESS are crucial. I do not have a confirmed date for the changes yet, as there are still a few details to finalize. Eventually, we will return to crocheted content, which will be incorporated into the new direction of this page. ⛈️🙏💜

Day two. I’m glad I got to try this for free. I’m not counting it out and I’m not yet feeling like this is worth $50 a month. I’m going to continue to drink one everyday. I do want to contact skinny fit to see about the doses. Drink it all in one sitting like I did or spread it out. I also would ask if they would recommend drinking more than one serving in a day. Once again I understand it’s been two days so I’ll continue, I’m just feeling MORE bloated and tmi gassy. So I hope it works and if it does that $50 a month may not be to bad. I’ll keep y’all updated. (If it don’t work I may try the mushroom coffee lol)

One day at a time.
Today is a new day. I need to stay on track and also give my self a break. Doing school work and taking care of baby girl. So I write two words and get up lol and play, help or provide basic needs to my one year old. Nap time is when I can get a chore or two done. On and on and on. I will never give up.

🎉 It’s mental health Monday!

Mondays are stressful for some reason. So how do you ground yourself in the morning?

I either go out side and literally ground myself say a prayer and start my day. Or I do some yoga 🧘‍♀️

There are many ways to deal with stress. So we can stay kinds and humble.

It’s self care Sunday.
What is your go to self care activity. Today I am doing some skin care.

Let get to talking. Comment one or more you do or would like to do. Believe me I get life gets the best of us most day. So let’s rest on the 7 th day. (Whenever yours may be. ) Take a moment for yourself. Being a first time mom I realize if I don’t take the moment for yourself then you are no good for anyone. Just so you know auto pilot isn’t useful or productive.

So take a moment today to try one of these. I normally do one of these through out the week.

Hey hey my awesome filling all 3 of you 😂 it will be okay. More people will find the joy or something that the need. Lol. Quick update I had my left rotator cuff surgery on the 9. Today I am told I have a blood clot in my lungs. So I’m taking a few days off. Then I promise y’all. I will be building more of our page. Sometimes life gets in the way and my health take priority because my baby girl is the primary priority. Thank you guys for you filling and supporting of my sister and I.

We are build something from the ground up and that takes time.
