Summertime at Nan’s Needleworks means raglan tees and last minute trips to the bay!
From cotton to linen to silk to blends of each and all. We recommend this basic top-down, seamless raglan tee as one of the most rewarding summer projects you can knit. It is worked entirely in the round from the neck down, meaning you can try it on as you go and completely skip seaming at the end. Want it a little longer? Just keep knitting. Sleeve length typically an issue? Not so with a top-down garment! Great for beginners / introduction to garments (XS - XL)

“Inka” by Mirasol Yarns derives its name from the ancient meaning in the Quechan language: “one who shines or glows and who also is able to gather power and living energies and distribute them to wherever and whomever needs it”. 🙋🏼‍♀️ This yarn has a very unique iridescent sheen to it, hence the “one who glows” and an absolutely remarkable drape - it is sure to appeal to the most adventurous of knitters. A super fine lace weight, this baby alpaca blend has bewitched us body and soul! Suzanne carefully stitched and steamed this gorgeous yarn into the Ariadne Poncho by Mari Lynn Patrick (for Mirasol Yarns). This pattern utilizes two different needles sizes for the front and back panels, includes shoulder-shaping, and a crochet border serves as a unique handcrafted finishing touch for the intermediate to advanced knitter!
