My Wife and I visited the showroom after countless hours scanning the web for mattress companies with good reviews. Within minutes of meeting Bob and receiving not a knowledgeable presentation of the product and help selecting and matching our needs with the correct mattress, we were also quite impressed with the pricing.
The store is just a down and basic mattress display without all the bling of a huge department store with all its distractions. Parking was right by the front door and extremely accessible for anyone with special needs.
We didn't get to meet Laurie in person but Bob's welcoming personality, non pressure sales approach, knowledge of the products, and after purchase follow up made this a very rewarding shopping experience. I wouldn't hesitate recommending BoxDrop NKY to neighbors, friends, or family.
The only negative outcome is that this mattress is so comfortable it makes getting out of bed much more difficult.
