Breaking ground at Independence Leadership Academy! 🚧🎉🏫

Yesterday, we joined Tangipahoa Parish School System, Independence Leadership Academy, DOMAIN ARCHITECTURE, APAC, and Guy Hopkins Construction to celebrate the start of a new eight-classroom addition to the ILA campus. ✨

The new building will include eight classrooms, including two dedicated SPED classrooms, along with restroom access from each classroom, two offices and a staff breakroom.

Designed with a brick façade and asphalt shingle roof, the addition will carry forward the look and feel of the existing campus while creating more space for ILA’s students, teachers and staff. 📚💛

Construction is underway at The Hill Market at the Village at Money Hill! 🚧

We're excited to share our first look at progress on this new market taking shape along Highway 21. Designed to be more than a place to shop, The Hill Market is on its way to becoming a true community asset for everyone along the highway, residents, neighbors, and visitors passing through.

This project is being completed alongside Voelkel McWilliams Construction LLC, and we can't wait to share more as it comes together! 💚

The Doug A Brooks Family Donor Fund Club is completed right in time for the school year! 🎉

We're excited to share a look at the finished space for Boys & Girls Clubs of Metro Louisiana new Covington location. The completed space is a vibrant center for learning, recreation, and personal growth. Designed from the ground up, the facility blends distinctive local architectural character with the organization's nationally recognized brand identity. We were honored to play a part in this project, while working alongside DonahueFavret Contractors, Inc. to bring it to life.

Happy National Intern Day! 🌟

As summer comes to a close, we’re celebrating our two wonderful Architectural Interns, Clare Roth and Ava “Ski” Szczepanski, before they head back to LSU for their fourth year of Architecture school. 💜💛

This summer, Clare and Ava have been helping our architects with renderings, Revit modeling, architectural drawings, and design work that helped bring project ideas to life. They jumped right into the studio with creativity, curiosity, and a great eye for detail.

We’ve loved watching them learn, contribute, and grow throughout the summer. Thank you, Clare + Ava, for all of your hard work this summer! We’ll miss having you in the studio, but we can’t wait to see all that you accomplish back at LSU!💚

A new community destination is taking shape at the Village at Money Hill! ✨

We are excited to help bring The Hill Market to life, a neighborhood market designed around convenience, connection, and the daily rhythms of the community.

Inside, visitors can look forward to:
🛒 Everyday grocery staples
🥐 Baked goods + fresh pastries
🥩 Prepared meals + quality meats
🍷 Curated wines + local favorites
🌿 A warm, welcoming stop for all the surrounding communities, neighborhoods, + visitors along HWY 21

The Hill Market is planned as a natural extension of the experience, adding a convenient and inviting place to shop and enjoy the community.

We’re excited to share a closer look at Zea Rotisserie & Bar, designed as part of the Clearview City Center redevelopment!📸✨

This new freestanding restaurant brings Zea’s elevated brand identity into a modern, welcoming environment created for both guest experience and daily operations. Completed alongside Gibbs Construction, the design features an expanded bar area, a strong indoor-outdoor connection, and a 1,000-square-foot patio that extends the dining experience beyond the building. 🍽️

Big visions take time, and every bit of support helps keep them moving forward. 🐾

After nearly a year of fundraising, Northshore Humane Society continues working toward its future campus. This new facility is designed to support animals through every stage of care, from intake and treatment to adoption, play, and connection. It’s a place planned with purpose, compassion, and the belief that animals and the people who care for them deserve a space built for the work they do every day.

Fundraising is still underway, and every donation helps bring this vision closer to reality. 💙
