Super Second Saturday Stitch-in coming up on the 9th! Bring your stitching and join us.

This Saturday is our annual cookie exchange. If you want to participate, bring a couple dozen cookies. You bring one type of cookie and go home with an assortment.

Potluck for lunch. Theme is finger foods/snacks.

Today, we assembled kits for projects at the upcoming Camp Tangled Thread. Many thanks to our great helpers: Master Linen Presser Tammy Richmond, Floss Skein Counter, Jeanette Hunter; Super Serger Operator, Mary Rollins; and General Technical Adviser, Nancy Woosley. Special mention to Superior Scissors Sharer, Myrna Roberts and to our advisory committee of Joyce Sears and Miss Sascha. Now somebody remind me to pack the needles!

Always wondered how to railroad your cross stitches? Here you go!

I've received a request about railroading so i'm reissuing a previous post and pic.......You simply pass the needle between the threads when you are making your stitch. You can do this on both legs of the stitch or just the top leg to even things out a bit. Give it a try you'll be amazed at the difference it makes and how quickly you get used to doing it....M###

We're back from Camp Tangled Thread! It was a wonderful weekend and, as always, we were sad to see it come to an end.

Beginning April 2015, we are adding an option for an extra two nights!
Basic camp, Apr 17-19: $187
Thursday night option, Apr 16: add $66
Sunday/Monday night option, Apr 19-20: add $70 **

** Registration for Thursday night required to take advantage of the special price for Sunday/Monday night option at end of Camp Tangled Thread. Both options required a minimum of 10 people registering.

Spring Flowers is the theme for the upcoming camp.
