With the severe storm conditions expected tomorrow, we have made the decision to close the New Egypt Flea Market Village for the day.

The safety of our merchants, vendors and everyone who visits us is always our priority, and sometimes Mother Nature simply has other plans. ⛈️

Please stay safe, stay dry and take care of yourselves. ❤️

❤️ We couldn’t let the day end without wishing a very Happy 92nd Birthday to the lady who keeps us all on our toes!

If you’ve spent any amount of time at the New Egypt Flea Market Village, chances are you know Sandy Heller—or at least know of her. 😊

For more than six decades, she has been part of the heart and history of this place she built alongside my dad, Les. At 92 years young, she’s still very much involved, still collecting rents, still keeping an eye on things…and still letting me know when she thinks something should be done differently. 😂❤️

And because apparently turning 92 wasn’t enough for one day, she donated blood for the fourth time this year this afternoon. That pretty much sums up Mom—still showing up, still giving and still blessing other people.

We finished her day with dinner and a piece of cheesecake, and I couldn’t resist sharing this picture.

Happy 92nd Birthday, Mom. The New Egypt Flea Market Village simply wouldn’t be what it is without you. We are so very blessed to still have you right here with us. ❤️

🎸 Deja’-Vu will be playing 10 AM–1 PM
👢 Emma Girandola of Valerius Productions will be teaching Country Line Dancing from 11 AM–12 PM

No line dancing experience needed—just come on in, grab a spot and have some fun! Boots and hats are always welcome. 🥰

So while you’re making your way around the Village today, be sure to stop into the Auction Building for some music, dancing and good old-fashioned Hoedown fun!

We’re bringing a little country fun to the New Egypt Flea Market Village, and this is going to be a GREAT day to come out with the family! 🥰

🐴 Pony Rides — just $5!
🎶 Live music by Deja Vu — 10 AM–1 PM
👢 Country Line Dancing with Emma of Valerius Productions — 11 AM–12 PM

And don’t worry if you’ve never line danced before! Emma will be teaching from 11–12 and absolutely NO experience is needed. Just show up ready to have some fun—boots and cowboy hats encouraged! 🤠❤️

Of course, there’ll be plenty of treasure hunting too, so stroll the Village, visit our merchants, grab something to eat, enjoy the music and stay awhile.
