A special thank you to Hannah for leading us through this process with incredible care and insight. She took the time to truly understand our company, preserving what makes MTG unique while helping us articulate our vision in a fresh and meaningful way.

Meet the Team / National Administrative Professionals Day!

Today we’re celebrating Brenda, our incredible Office Manager. Brenda joined our team in 1994, and has been the backbone of our day-to-day office operations ever since.

She’s patient, thoughtful, and truly one of the kindest people you’ll ever meet. No matter what the day throws at her, Brenda handles it with positivity and a willingness to help anyone who walks through the door.

She’s the calm in the chaos and the keeper of all the details - everyone needs a Brenda in their life!

It is with deep sadness that we share the passing of our teammate and friend, Dave Carter. Dave was a dedicated carpenter, a loyal “yes” man, and a deeply valued member of the Maile team since 1993. He will be greatly missed and always remembered💙

Exterior details on our newest build — “The Stone House.” Full bed Kentucky field stone gives this home its name and character.
Fun fact: some of the stone was excavated on site and repurposed for window sills, walkways, and mixed into the exterior itself. Truly a work of art!

This week we’re celebrating Michael Gray — with another throwback, of course! Michael has been pouring his creativity, knowledge, and passion into his work for nearly 30 years.
Michael brings endless knowledge and unmatched enthusiasm to every single project. He leaves no stone unturned and makes it a priority to educate homeowners so they feel empowered to make the best decisions.

If you’ve had the pleasure of working with Michael, you’ve witnessed this firsthand. His energy is contagious, his attention to detail is second to none, and his genuine care for each client sets him apart.

When he’s not at the drawing board, you’ll usually find Michael out on site—reviewing details, problem-solving, and making sure the design translates seamlessly to construction. And because he’s our office foodie, he’s just as likely to treat the team to lunch or share his latest “best grub in town” find. His respect for the crew’s craftsmanship (and his lunch picks) help keep everyone fueled and projects moving smoothly from design to reality.
