Westerra Development, Inc. is a civil engineering firm specializing in residential and commercial development. We have over forty-five cumulative years of experience in applications ranging from custom dream homes, residential subdivisions, storm water management plans, and building modifications. We offer full-scale, engineered site plans, layouts, and permit applications. Since 2005, we have offered services from our home in Crestview, Florida, to Texas, Georgia, and Alabama, while focusing on our neighbors here in Okaloosa and Walton County.
