Here is my sloppy joe from scratch recipe. My husband says they are the best tasting sloppy Joes he has ever eaten.
Brown 1 1/2 pounds of burger and remove the excess grease.
While the burger is Browning, mix together
1/2 cup ketchup
1/4 cup water
1 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce (or as a friend called it "what's this here sauce"
1 Tbsp brown sugar
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp onion powder.
1/4 tsp each salt and pepper
2 Tbsp tomato paste
1/2 Tbsp yellow mustard
optional-add 1 Tbsp finely chopped green and/ or red pepper
Slowly pour the sauce on and mix it in with the spatula. Let it cook on low for a few minutes.

I’m a sauerkraut lover. Taking some of my favorite recipes and just making them on the Blackstone to see the difference. Brats (pick your favorite, I prefer the ones at Sprouts here in Tx), fresh green beans and sauerkraut. I make my sauerkraut mixed with bacon, yellow onion and one green apple.
I let the onion, bacon, and apple color then eventually add the sauerkraut. Green beans just a little avocado oil before placing down. I season both to my liking with salt and pepper.
