What a great weekend of local events! The Fire and Ice Festival at the Millville Boardwalk Friday night (1/26) was a fantastic event. This couldn't be possible without the support of our local businesses.
The Millville Volunteer Fire Company, Inc was on hand to monitor the fire pits and public relations. The Millville VFC Auxiliary handed out S'more Making Kits assembled from supplies donated to us. These kits were used to gather donations for our capital campaign.
We would like to give special thanks to Giant Food of Millville for their generous donation of S'mores supplies. They provided the Chocolate, Marshmallows, and Graham Crackers free of charge. This is the second year in a row they have supported this event for us. Also, can't make S'mores with out a stick! - the S'more sticks were generously donated by G&E Hocker's Super Center. and Weis Markets of Millville provided us with a generous giftcard to purchase the packaging supplies.
It's the generosity and participation of local businesses like these that make these events possible! Thank you for your support and thank you for supporting your fire company!
