I always get such a burst of energy at the kickoff of a new project!

It’s all about creating spaces that families get to live and love for a very long time. It’s personal, it tells their story and I get to help create the way people feel in their everyday life.

Spotted these on Facebook Marketplace and knew the bones were too good to pass up. A little vision, new fabric, new trim and suddenly they have a whole new life. Not everything in a home needs to be brand new… sometimes it just needs to be reimagined.

The technology that is out there now is wild, so many good things about it. We walked our plans to scale to make sure everything is exactly how we want it before it goes to engineering. Every step costs money and if we went to engineering and started to build and saw things we didn’t like during the build it would cost more money. Every change order can cost $$$$$.

Being overly thorough in the planning phase sets you up for success when designing and building.
