I am in the process of writing my first book.
The Family Table Method helps overwhelmed parents use a quick family Fit Test and a 19-minute weekly check-in to build a simple, repeatable meal rotation and meaningful rituals so you can share 3-5 dinners together each week — without boxed meal kits, endless recipes, or unreasonable expectations — and often in less time than placing a takeout order.
I will be looking for input, including stories about family mealtime traditions, struggles you experience, ideas you have incorporated, etc.
