My recent London trip inspired me to make an Indian omelette like my dad used to make (1 of 2 things he could make at the time). I bought a new Kashmiri curry powder and added some eggs, onions, cilantro, and chilis. It was very satisfying and very nostalgic 😋

Gobble Gobble, Happy Thanksgiving from Maluinthekitchen!! New seasoning tested on 🦃 day! I call it Prime Thyme, and it was a hit! Also featuring chai and cinnamon infused sweet potatoes, green beans, and honey garlic roasted carrots with a balsamic glaze.
