Creamy Velveeta Beef Stroganoff with Penne Pasta: Cheesy, Savory, and Irresistibly Good!

This Creamy Velveeta Beef Stroganoff is a fun twist on the classic comfort food. Rich, cheesy, and loaded with savory ground beef and tender penne pasta, it’s a family-friendly meal that’s quick, satisfying, and oh-so-delicious!
Ingredients:
1 lb ground beef
1 small onion, chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 cups beef broth
1 cup milk
2 cups uncooked penne pasta
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon paprika
8 oz Velveeta cheese, cubed
1/2 cup sour cream
Salt and pepper, to taste
Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions:
Cook the Beef:
In a large skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef with the chopped onion until the beef is no longer pink. Add the minced garlic and cook for another minute. Drain any excess fat.
Add the Broth and Pasta:
Stir in the beef broth, milk, Worcestershire sauce, and paprika. Add the uncooked penne pasta and stir to combine.
Simmer:
Bring to a boil, then reduce the heat and cover. Simmer for 12-15 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the pasta is tender.
Add the Velveeta:
Add the Velveeta cubes and stir until the cheese is fully melted and the sauce is creamy.
Finish with Sour Cream:
Stir in the sour cream and season with salt and pepper to taste.
