Welcome to the billiard room of , where custom was the assignment. From the one-of-a-kind banquette seating to the perfectly selected pool table felt, every detail was intentionally layered to make this game room feel equal parts luxe, moody, and wildly inviting. The kind of space that practically begs for a little friendly competition, a cocktail in hand, and a night that somehow lasts way longer than planned. 🤎✨

If there’s one thing was built for, it’s bringing people together. 🤎

Welcome to the bar…complete with moody cabinetry, a bold stone selection, and plenty of seating for family, friends, and whoever else decides to stay awhile. When we say this barn was designed for entertaining, we truly mean it. Every detail was intentionally selected to create a space that functions beautifully and knows how to host a good time.

The wait is over… welcome to 🤎

Nestled in Kansas City, Kansas, this one-of-a-kind project started as a barn in need of some serious TLC (swipe for the before 👀) and became the ultimate gathering place for this sweet family.

The kind of place designed for slow mornings with coffee, big celebrations, cousins creating memories, friends lingering long after dinner, and the kind of memories that become part of family lore for years to come.

This kitchen + dining space was designed entirely around gathering, anchored by an extra-long custom dining table because in a space like this, there should always be room for one more.

What was once a raw, unfinished shell is now a warm and welcoming space layered with character, thoughtful details, and so much intention.

We’ve been so excited to finally share this incredibly unique project with you, and cannot wait to take you room by room through 🤍

One of the most asked questions from our home tour: “Why twin beds in the guest room?”

Simple…because we already have a king guest room, and this space felt way more fun as the ultimate kiddo crash pad for sleepovers, cousins, and all the memory-making in between 🤍

This room actually used to be our game room before we built out into the attic, and we love that it now serves our family so much better.

And if you know us… you know a “kid guest room” was never going to be boring 😉 Bold wallpaper, happy color, and plenty of personality.

Shared between the sweetest nursery and big boy bedroom, we wanted this space to feel timeless enough to grow right alongside both kiddos…while still feeling playful and special in this season of life. From the soft color palette to the built-in stools for those “I can do it myself” years, every detail was designed with both beauty and function in mind. A sweet little space they’ll grow into for years to come.

of the sweetest little boys room from 🤍

What was once a simple guest bedroom is now the cutest space for this growing boy, completely re-imagined from top to bottom. Between the custom paneling, tape trim detailing around the wallpaper, cozy built-in window seat, and working with those funky ceiling pitches… every inch of this room was layered to perfection.

We wanted this space to feel timeless, playful, cozy, and full of thoughtful details that he can grow into for years to come. Safe to say this transformation feels like a completely different room 🥹
