Arsin Rug Gallery sells beautifully crafted fine antique and new handwoven rugs. Owner Saeid Arsin and showroom manager James Arsin are third-generation rug dealers. Their grandfather and uncle opened a rug store in Tehran's Bazaar in 1910 and the Arsin family has been working in the rug business ever since. Members of the Arsin family have rug showrooms in countries all over the world, including the euro, the Middle east, and the United States. Saeid opened his first showroom in Houston, Texas in 2007 and his second showroom in the Dallas Design District in 2013. In addition to importing a vast variety of unique traditional and modern handwoven rugs, Slocum Rug Gallery proudly offers an exclusive line of Sultanabads handwoven in Turkey that is only sold in this gallery. Slocum Rug Gallery also features a design studio that allows clients to work with our in-house designer to create the perfect rug for any living space. An antique Polonaise with remarkable scale, a flowing floral composition, and a sophisticated palette of olive and teal green.

Rather than centering the design around a dominant medallion, this oversize wool rug carries its floral motifs across the entire surface, creating an open and beautifully balanced visual rhythm. A triple-guard border with an inner floral meander frames the composition, while the softly related green tones bring depth without harsh contrast.
