A incredible sword just posted up.

A original Civil War officers sword engraved to Lt. Chauncey Porter Rogers, who later became Colonel and was found on find a grave. Overall the sword is in rough condition, but worthy of any collection with the 83rd PA volunteers lengthy battle record.

Find a grave: Civil War Union Army Officer. He served during the Civil War in the 83rd Pennsylvania Volunteer Infantry, rising from 1st Lieutenant of Company D to Colonel and commander of the regiment.
