A little introduction feels overdue.

I’m Jen, founder and principal designer of Fonde Interiors.

I started Fonde because I believe the spaces we inhabit shape the way we experience life. The quiet mornings, dinner parties that run late. The worn corners, collected pieces, and stories that make a house feel like it’s always belonged to the people living there.

Our work focuses on full-home renovations, new construction, and furnishings, with a love for historic homes, natural materials, antiques, and spaces that feel layered over time rather than decorated all at once.

The greatest compliment I can receive is when someone walks into one of our projects and says, “It feels like it always should have been this way.”

Outside the studio, I’m usually chasing two little kids, hunting for antiques, planning my next trip to England, or convincing myself I don’t need another vintage chair.

Whether you’ve been here for years or just found us recently, I’m so glad you’re here. Thank you for following along xx

For more than 100 years, Wyldwood Lodge has been in my family.

As a child, I never thought much about the birdseye maple walls, the worn Persian rugs, the stacks of old books, or the way every room seemed to collect objects and stories over time. It was simply familiar.

Now, as a designer, I can see how much this place shaped the way I think about home.

I’ve always been drawn to rooms with history and spaces that feel collected rather than decorated. Houses that belong to their surroundings instead of fighting them.

Long before I knew what design was, Wyldwood was teaching me those lessons.

I think we all have places like that, they quietly become part of who we are and how we see the world.

This one just happens to be mine.
