These arched shelves turned out even better than I imagined, and I love seeing the before photos compared to now 🥹 Definitely one of the details that made the whole space start feeling real.

Our original grab and go space

THE COFFEE SHOP

✨7 YEARS OF REAL FOOD CO ✨

What a blessing it is to be tired from something I once prayed for. Seven years ago, RFC was literally just a prayer and a whole lot of faith I didn’t even realize I had… and now I get to wake up every day and pour into something I never could’ve dreamed up on my own. Truly so grateful. Thank you, Jesus.

Hearing your stories, seeing how excited you are about our food, and watching you walk through our doors day after day… it means more to me than you know. The fact that RFC has become part of your routines and your everyday life? That’s beyond anything I ever hoped for.

What started as “I just want to make healthy food” has grown into this mission of real nourishment and actually helping people feel GOOD. I’m still learning every day, about ingredients, quality, health, what the body needs, true nourishment, overall wellness and always trying to make things even better. Knowing our food is part of your lives (health journey or just because its tastes really dang good 😉) is the biggest honor.

To my customers… THANK YOU!! Truly. Your support and trust mean everything.

And my team… y’all are unreal. God always brings the right people at the right time. I could not do ANY of this without you. You absolutely crushed our biggest Thanksgiving yet (record year 👏🏼👏🏼) , and I’m so excited to keep growing this crew as we step into the next chapter!!

Demo is officially happening (!!), and we’re hoping for an early spring opening. Trusting God with the timing — because if the last 7 years have taught me anything, it’s that His timing is always perfect (even when it stresses me out 😂).

Seven years in, and I’m just really thankful and really excited for what’s coming next for Real Food Co. 🤎
