✨ A little behind the scenes of Emily + Sean’s wedding day 💙💛

Blue + yellow will forever be one of my favorite happy + whimsical color combos. 💙💛🌼

And can we talk about the ARCH?! 👀

I brought an empty arch on-site (that my husband built!) and built it completely from scratch—I still can’t believe I used to be nervous about arches. Now they’re one of my favorite things to design! Big, small, wild, whimsical… I love them all. 🌿✨

We also used bud vases for their centerpieces, which added just enough floral magic to their tables without taking over. ✨

And one of my favorite parts of wedding florals? REPURPOSING! ♻️🌸
Their ceremony florals got a second life at the reception—bouquets became sweetheart/head table florals and the large pillar arrangements were moved to the head table.

Because beautiful wedding flowers deserve more than one moment. 🤍

Some galleries just make you smile from the very first photo… and Emily & Sean’s wedding was exactly that. 💛🩵

When these images landed in my inbox, I couldn’t stop grinning. Every frame is filled with laughter, bear hugs, happy tears, silly moments, and the kind of love that reminds me why I adore what I do.

The soft blues, buttery yellows, creamy whites, and playful pops of texture created the happiest garden-inspired palette—and seeing it all come to life through these beautiful photos was pure magic.

This wedding was full of heart, and I can’t wait to share more from this unforgettable day. 🌼✨

I was NOT good in school. I always felt like I didn’t belong and stayed lost but then I found flowers and that I had an eye for them.
To be a part of such amazing events makes my little heart so happy and missing playing with flowers so much. Looking for a place to snag some flowers to play with but until then I’m finally uploading everything I have saved

Exciting news… we’re moving 🤍

It’s been a long time coming—full of hard work, planning, and learning how to get comfortable being uncomfortable as we step into this next chapter.

As many of you know, I’m not originally from Illinois. We moved here in 2012, and while we’ve truly made the most of our time here, we’re ready for what’s next… heading back to my home state.

I also want to say I’m so sorry for the near radio silence lately. I wasn’t sure what to share, and I didn’t want to commit to plans I might not be able to keep. To those I’ve had to reschedule or cancel—thank you for your kindness and patience, it has meant more than you know. I’ll be sharing a list of other amazing floral designers with a similar style in the coming weeks 🤍

I’ll still be taking on a limited number of events as I finish out my remaining weddings and a few showers here and there.

This little business has been such a special part of my life. I started it during one of the hardest seasons I’ve walked through, and through floral design I found something that made me proud—and hopefully brought a little beauty and joy to you too.

We’ll be leaving at the end of July after my final wedding here in Illinois… and I’m so excited (and emotional) for what’s ahead.
