Working on a project that I grossly underestimated. My internet had been to have these done last week but as with a lot of first time projects, there’s hiccups along the way and realizing you need to adjust material and sizing. I think I finally have unlocked this level and will be moving to completion in another level or two.

Next month is the 100th anniversary of Route 66! These were some custom requested patches that went out recently to represent the Texas stretch.

Custom shirts for Cowboy Excavation. These are mainly applique built to allow for the eye catching colors without being too stitch dense to be on a tshirt. This whole design started out as a black and white solid stitch and we pulled it apart to create applique setups for each item to make it a multicolor design.

The crewneck cardigans are still rolling out. If you haven’t seen these yet, they are the best of both worlds - sweatshirt warmth and comfort without a hood or getting the ‘stuck your finger in a light socket’ static hair from pulling it over your head. Designs can be done with large lettering split like this one or do a small logo on the chest. Perfect for chilly work places, schools, etc.

My boys favorite thing to do is pull foam off after something has had puff embroidery done on it. Here’s a quick slow motion of how items with puff embroidery look when they come off the machine and removing the foam.

Beanies for Wackadoo Brewing in Colorado Springs. They have these and a number of other items available in their taproom for sale. I’ve had the pleasure of making these for them for many years now and have been blessed to get to know the owners over that time. Custom hats ready to head out for Mickel Beef Farms. Instead of stitching directly on the hat, we opted for a patch, which allowed about an extra 1/2 inch of sizing. The actual farm name is stitched on the back of the hat to make it an all around advertisement.
