Hey y’all! I’m back! The Cooley house had a rough couple of weeks that kept me out of the kitchen, but I’m excited start back up this week.

I have four strawberry items this week. They are all SO good. Taking orders through Monday night for deliveries later this week!

1. Mini Strawberry Pound Cake $6
Yellow pound cake with fresh strawberries and a homemade strawberry glaze. 🍰

2. Strawberries and Cream Cookies $15 a dozen. Fresh strawberries and white chocolate chip in a chewy cookie. 🍪

3. Strawberry Poptarts. $16 for 8.

4. Strawberry Crunch Poke Cake. $40
This didn’t last 10 minutes at Easter. A 9x13 strawberry cake infused with a sweet cream, a layer of fresh strawberries, homemade cool whip, topped with an addicting crunch topping. Perfect for a get together and served best if chilled the night before! ❤️

Happy New Year all! I am so thankful and excited to continue my little baking and cooking journey with you. I think along with selling different items, I'm going to share some fun recipes along the way. I know how easy it can be to get stuck making the same things over and over again, so hopefully I can help you shake things up!

So, let's start here. New Year's Soup! I started this last year and it has been a hit! It's been requested to make this more than just January 1st, so you can do it too! It definitely has a New Orleans vibe. I am NOT a collard greens girly, but this soup disguises it so well. Feel free to change it up how you like! I love hearing how you all use my recipes to your own liking. Several people like to add a can of Rotel, but we're not big on tomatoes around here. Cheers to the New Year and hoping this soup brings you all the health, wealth, and luck. 😉🎆
