Yesterday we got a huge win! Four of our vendors won in court granting a federal temporary restraining order against SB-56!

This TRO allows 4 of our vendors to distribute again, also allowing and protecting Bud Barn and any other businesses associated with the companies under this TRO to sell!

We are figuring out all the logistics of this to insure we are following the approved guidelines and regulations with this TRO!

We are working on Restocking! & will make sure to update everyone once we have restocked!

Federal Block (June 15, 2026): U.S. District Judge
Jeffrey Helmick issued a temporary restraining order (TRO) pausing the enforcement of SB 56 for 10 specific h**p and beverage companies. The judge ruled that the plaintiffs were likely to succeed on claims that the law violates the federal dormant Commerce Clause.
