Rose Cottage Floral is looking for a friendly and reliable Part-Time Customer Service Assistant—perfect for high school students looking to gain work experience!

Location: Deforest, WI
Hours: Part-time (after school & weekends)

Responsibilities:

Greet and assist customers in-store and over the phone
Handle basic orders and payments
Keep the shop clean, organized, and welcoming
Support the team with light tasks and flower care

Qualifications:

Positive attitude and strong communication skills
Responsible and punctual
Willingness to learn (no experience required)
Comfortable working with customers
