Accountability meets Gentle Discipline. 🌿

Throughout my 35 years in clinical spaces and academia, I have watched so many high-achievers fall into the trap of Brutal Willpower, pushing through exhaustion until they hit burnout.

It's time to change the narrative.
The next cohort for Project Future Self is officially open. This community experience is not about rigid restrictions; it's a sustainable lifestyle framework designed to help you build executive integrity with yourself through mindful learning, intentional movement, conscious nutrition, and immediate stress reduction.

Our official program kicks off on August 1st, anchored by mentors from our inaugural cohort to ensure you are supported, guided, and connected from day one.

If you are ready to move past Day 1 and step into a structured, gentle approach to sustainable health, I invite you to join us.
