Backyard Blooms & Bouquets is your local flower farm and floral design studio 🌿 💐Romantic, garden-inspired blooms for weddings, events, Bloom Bars and meaningful everyday moments. We will providing a variety of Midwest blooms and other fun blooms this growing season. BB & B will provide subscription services, farmstand sales, and custom bouquets. Backyard Blooms & Bouquets strives to be affordable and long lasting blooms.

🌷 The tulips are coming back…AND so are our flower subscriptions! 🌷

We’re busy getting our garden beds ready and will be planting tulip bulbs before we know it! It’s always a little crazy to think that the bulbs we’re tucking into the ground now will be some of our very first blooms next spring! 🌱💕

And we’re bringing back a little something special for our subscribers!

🌷 Just like last year, ALL 3-month flower subscribers will receive a FREE tulip bloom jar filled with some of those first beautiful blooms of the season!

It’s our little way of saying THANK YOU for supporting our little flower farm! 🐝

Our 2027 flower subscriptions will be LIVE SOON! We sold out last year, and we’re so excited to share another season of homegrown flowers with you!

Happy Halloween! 🎃👻🧡

A little pumpkin carving and some pretty fall flowers to go with it! 💐🍂 I just love all the oranges, pinks, and purples in these bouquets! Fall flowers really are something special! 😍

And while we’re enjoying these last little bits of the flower season, I’ve already got next year’s blooms on my mind! 🌸

🌸 That’s a wrap on another growing season! 🌸

We’re starting to put the gardens to bed for the year, and what a season it’s been! Can we just talk about the CELOSIA this year?! 😍 The colors, the size, the textures… they were absolutely amazing!

While our garden-fresh blooms are winding down, we’re still here for all your flower needs! 💐 Availability will be a little more limited, but we’re still taking orders for weddings, events, and larger floral orders!

🌷 And a little something to look forward to…

Our 2027 Flower Subscriptions will be opening soon! We sold out last year (thank you!! 🥰), so keep an eye on our page for details if you’d like to enjoy some of our homegrown blooms next season!

It’s always a little bittersweet closing up the gardens, but we’re already dreaming about what we’ll grow next year!

💐 Senior Nights & Sweet Memories! 🧡💙

There’s something so special about creating flowers for Senior Night! 🥹

Years of hard work, dedication, friendships, and memories all celebrated in one special evening.

We loved creating these bouquets with school colors, personalized ribbons, and special little touches for each senior!

Congratulations to all of the Class of 2027 seniors, and thank you for letting Backyard Blooms be a small part of these unforgettable moments! 💕

🏀 Basketball season is right around the corner! We’re looking forward to creating more special bouquets for upcoming Senior Nights and even 8th Grade Recognition Nights!

And that’s a wrap on Homecoming 2026! 💐✨

Our homecoming season looked a little different this year, with limited availability as we balanced weddings, busy schedules, and soaking up every moment of Luke’s senior football season. 🏈❤️

Even though we took on fewer orders, we are SO incredibly grateful to everyone who trusted us to be a little part of their special night! Seeing all of your beautiful pictures and smiling faces makes every late night and busy day worth it!

Thank you for continuing to support our little flower business and for understanding when we have to slow down a bit to enjoy life’s special moments, too.

We loved flowering for you this homecoming season and we absolutely cannot wait for PROM 2027! 🌸💕

Homecoming Weekend 💐✨
Round 2

This weekend was a special one for Backyard Blooms. We had the privilege of creating Homecoming flowers for St. Teresa and Maroa-Forsyth, and my heart is so full seeing all the pictures. 🥹

Standing at St. T pictures with Luke and realizing that almost every bouquet around me was one I had made was one of those little moments I won’t forget.

What started with flowers in our backyard has somehow grown into getting to be a tiny part of these big memories. 💕

To every family who trusted me with their Homecoming flowers—thank you. I never take it for granted that you choose Backyard Blooms & Bouquets. 💐

We’re doing self-serve pickup today. Corsages and boutonnières are labeled with your names and tucked safely in the fridge, and bouquets are labeled and waiting for you on the table.

We had a big one yesterday. 🤍🌿

And this morning, looking back through these pictures, I’m just feeling really grateful.

So much time went into this one. So many flowers, so many little details, so many things thought about and rethought leading up to yesterday.

And then you finally get there, start putting everything together, and get to watch the whole vision come to life.

This one felt especially special.

It was soft and romantic, a little wild, a little whimsical, and filled with so many of the flowers and textures I love. And that ceremony spot on the water… I mean. 🥹

Sometimes in the middle of the buckets, boxes, early mornings and crazy amount of work that goes into a wedding, I forget how lucky I am that people trust me with days like this.

Yesterday was a really good reminder.

I’m tired today, my car is probably still full of flower pieces 😂, but my heart is very full.

So thankful for another beautiful couple who trusted our little backyard flower business with such a big day. 🌸🐝
