Was blessed to be given a 21lb whole pork shoulder from our neighbors! I injected it with Cajun seasoning and hickory smoked it for 14 hours!

Well we havin a “get together” with our praise and worship team tomorrow afternoon and ya know ya boy can’t go empty handed…soooo…tonight at da Bistreaux we smokin a big ol sausage stuffed fatty! Bacon wrapped and stuffed with spinach, Swiss cheese and fresh from the garden jalapeño’s!
