It’s been a wild and crazy summer !! Haven t posted for a while but this chick has certainly been busy !!

It has been a very busy week here in Joan’s kitchen … 6 jars of eggplant caponata .. 6 jars of bread and butter pickles.. 10 jars of garlic dill pickle chips .. 2 jars of garlic dill pickle slices .. 18 jars of garlic dill spears !!

And 6 bags of corn ready for the freezer !! I’m tired .. tomorrow is a rest day as we prepare to visit family in Maine and move Ted’s granddaughter to college !!
