Most folks are kind, honest, and do the right thing — and we appreciate you more than you know.

Today I had to check my calendar to make sure it wasn’t April 1st…

When the return arrives with a different bow, cones and berries we don’t stock, and a frame style we don’t use… and the customer is demanding an “expedited” refund a month after Christmas.
