I don’t know if you followed Will Roberts on Facebook or not. He was the 15 yo young man from North Alabama that passed away a few months ago from osteosarcoma.

Payton has the same form of bone cancer that he had. She is from Paxton. Our community needs to stand by her and her family like Will’s community stood by him and so many from around the country.

We all have to eat so why not drive up/down to Paxton and grab a plate lunch, sandwich or put some money in the donation jar. Please show your support during this trying journey. Every dollar helps.

The Teal Trunk will open today at 1 pm.

It’ll be my first Thursday in a while and it’ll be great to see some of my regulars and meet some new folks too as they come in to shop.

Dollar Days are continuing until October 31st. There are some serious bargains to be found. I’m certain you’ll find something that suits your fancy today and take away your newest treasure.

UPDATE. I’ve been told we SHOULD have internet. 😔

The Teal Trunk WILL be OPEN today from 12-5. However, it’ll be a CASH ONLY day.

As of late yesterday afternoon we had power but NO INTERNET! So without internet cards can not be processed. Our phone service is out too.

Emergency Management has announced for residents to stay off the roads unless necessary!

The Teal Trunk will be CLOSED until Sunday, October 11th at 12 pm.

After you get your Hurricane prep finished come out to The Teal Trunk for a little respite and to get your mind off of the storm.

Our pop up market up has been CANCELED for Saturday. Our next, and LAST outdoor event of the year, is scheduled for November 14th.

Everyone be safe, remember to bring your pets inside and BE PREPARED! Those that need to go to your closest shelters.
