Wrapping up at "black tote down" the next 2 days. It's going to be weird not being here 85% of my days, as I've been here since October! But something came up, so I'll be back in a month or 2 to finish up with their organization projects.

So, it's time to start marketing again.

Even if you're not ready to pull the plug yet on your own organization, interior painting or interior design project, hit that share button one time for me! Here is an Interior Design project that I just completed for a young woman living in a high rise in Chicago. I spent approximately 1.5 hours on a Google Meet with her, really getting to know her personality and style. I had her take pictures of every wall in her space. I was given an $1800 budget as a baseline, so that I knew what websites would make the most sense for her to purchase from. I then spent 13 hours scouring the internet procuring a perfectly tailored collection for her to choose from. Every item has a link embedded into it so that adding selections to a shopping cart is simple! This design cost my client $548, and she is free to purchase items in a timeframe that works for her budget. Working with other interior designers with fancy shmancy design software, requires much more time, in-person meetings, the interior designer often requires that they execute the whole concept to completion, which incurs hefty expense.

My time at 'black tote down' house is temporarily coming to an end for a month or so, so now my schedule unexpectedly opened up drastically, and I need to fill it!
There are 2 days left in June to fill and then I'll open up July.

Back at 'fairy house' packing up my freshly organized rooms! My client decided to have her hardwood floors redone, which means packing up:the master bedroom, office, craft room, living room, and lower level. She is having movers pack the other rooms, however, we decided that it would be best for me to pack the craft room and office. The books are organized on such a way, that they only fit on the shelves that they are designated to, and since there are approximately 3,000 books, it made style for me to pack them how they go on the shelves, and I'll be back to unpack them too.

Just in case you weren't aware, I also offer packing and unpacking services!! 😊

Back to the house that's going on the market to fix the garage. I rearranged the cabinets to make it make sense and be able to group categories better. I emptied the fixed cabinets so that the new owner can picture their things in it easier. We purged a lot of stuff that's going to donation, primarily, her husband who passed last year's duplicate tools.

I didn't have time to label everything that day so I'll be doing it when I go back in a couple of weeks

I feel like I've gone from posting 4 days a week to maybe posting one day a week but that is solely because all I've been doing is painting forever lol! But also because my baby graduated this weekend. It was a crazy stressful week with senior Walk out, then she graduated from the Columbus Zoo school on Thursday with college zoology credits . Then she was supposed to graduate from Rutherford b Hayes on Friday. We had everybody invited, were ready to save seats and all all that business. Then the heavens opened up and rained us out. They had assigned Saturday at 10:30 a.m. as the rain out graduation time however they decided to move it to 9:00 a.m. Which at the time I was irritated at because we had to have the kids at school by 7:30 and parents were supposed to go home until closer to the time. However, other parents didn't listen and on top of that other parents, the day before, had put blankets with duct tape along the whole 50 yard section so the parking lot was almost full when I dropped her off at 7:30. That stressed me out because I had her birth dad and his wife driving 45 minutes and they hadn't left yet and it was just a whole thing having to call everybody.
But the ceremony was amazing and I can't be more happy that they moved it to 9:00, because when I say that literally, the minute they threw their caps in the air, it started to rain, i'm not even kidding. I know someone had a hand in that. This week I'm getting ready for her graduation party on Saturday but I am still working and I will post what I get done and then hopefully things will start to go back to normal! Thanks for sticking around even though i don't have much content for you right now. Thanks Facebook fam xoxoxo
