Across our three studios, warehouse crew, and marketing team, work spanning a diverse range of completed projects has earned KTI finalist honors in more than ten categories at the Denver metro MAME Awards, a meaningful recognition of the talent and collaboration behind each one.

Luxury Residential finished installing Gallery House in southern Colorado. Hospitality added Solstice, Hilton Fort Wayne, and Ascension to the portfolio. Models is active on multiple homes across eight states. Our warehouse team is a finalist in the Link Logistics Small Business Challenge, with Nikki and Andy headed to Berkeley this month for the final round.

We’re honored to be among an incredible group of finalists for this year’s Denver MAME Awards, with KTI recognized across more than 10 award categories ahead of the November ceremony.

All three of our studios are represented, from model homes and luxury custom residences to community amenities and marketing, and we couldn’t be prouder of the range of work recognized.

Most importantly, none of it happens without the clients, builders, architects, developers, vendors, and partners who bring these projects to life alongside us. Congratulations to our entire team and all of this year’s finalists. We’ll see you in November!

At KTI, this is the season we start thinking less about how a space looks and more about how it holds homeowners, guests, and community. The fall 2026 interior design trends reflect that shift beautifully.
