I went to the Sonic Live concert last week and now I'm back on my eternally-recurring Sonic phase. So this illustration of Momobami Kirari was definitely a challenge for myself...I don't draw human characters super often anymore! I know Kakegurui isn't super popular but there's gotta be some fans out there! The Yumemite Yumemi card is from like five years ago and it's crazy to see how differently I draw and render now!!!

I just learned something super cool! 無 means "nothing" and I had absolutely no idea why there would be a sign for this at a Tokyo Metro platform. Apparently it just means that there's no station staff available to help conductors out when they get to a station, so the conductor knows at a glance that they'll have to check the doors and platform safety themselves. I love knowing about transportation infrastructure, y'all. (Side note: I got me three completely different answers about what the 無 means when I looked it up, but the only answer I could find actual reliable sourcing for was the one I wrote here - if for some reason one of my followers works for Tokyo Metro, please correct me!!!)

Sketchy Saturday! I needed to just sketch something for myself, a little low-pressure art just to shake the rust off. Who's excited for the Animal Crossing release for the Switch 2 that is definitely happening and not just wishful thinking??? Lolly is one of the cutest cat Villagers and I just can't wait to see her in 60 FPS at 4K resolution!
