A few recent moments from around the studio this month (+ a little surprise at the end)...

While most days are spent designing homes, reviewing plans, sourcing materials, and meeting with clients, we’ve also been making progress on our own little corner of the world.

The backyard garden beds are officially coming together, and it’s been fun watching the space slowly take shape alongside the studio itself. Much like a home, some of the best spaces evolve over time—layer by layer, season by season.

We’re taking you behind the scenes at The Preserve Project with Jackie and Brei, narrowing in on grout selections across multiple spaces.

Tone, contrast, undertone — even a slight shift can completely change how tile reads once it’s installed. This is the kind of detail that quietly shapes the overall feel of a room, without ever calling attention to itself.
