WHAT WE DO: We provide design services in architecture, interiors and aquatics. We are licensed and have worked in most of the US states. We also provide our design and consulting services internationally. SCOPE: Our design services range from building feasibility to stamped, permit-ready, construction-ready drawings; from renovation to ground-up; from visioning to post-occupancy analysis; from napkin sketches to 3D virtual reality (VR); from color swatches to FF&E specifications; and from water chemistry troubleshooting to aquatic documentation. If it involves problem-solving, creative solutions, and the experience to do both, talk to us. WHAT WE DESIGN: Some of our projects have been as small as 200 square feet; some have been over a million square feet. Most are sized just right for the client’s vision and budget. Some projects are new construction; some are renovations. For some projects we are the Architect-of-record; for others we are a consultant (to architects, to contractors, and even to manufacturers).
