This is going to be a long one, please bare with me.
You may have noticed that we are no longer posting engagement several times a day, let alone more than once a week right now. Why? We partnered with a company that supports small business owners for 7 years and had to end the subscription. The monthly fees were not creating enough revenue to continue our service. Business has been very slow since moving from Colorado to Indiana.
We have been an LLC for 7 years and have NEVER raised our fees. Our manufacturers and suppliers have raised them several times a year. Us not increasing our pricing to meet the market has taken its toll.

The bulk of our business was creating digital files for crafters. We create designs that can be uploaded to crafters machines for them to create their projects with ease. Sadly, we are seeing a drastic increase in customers getting their files for free, as well as using AI for their needs. Although we understand, it is a hard hit to take. These files being created are usually not the best quality, they are infringing on copyright (which is a no no) and most of these files are coming from overseas.

This business has always been saturated by crafters, but recently with click bait ads it has become almost impossible to continue to keep our doors open.
We are hoping and praying that our quality, customer service and attention to detail will keep us doing what we love because our customers always come back to us. We know that we can't compete with bulk manufacturers overseas and their pricing structure, but we can set ourselves apart with the type of product we put out.

How can you help? Word of mouth. Sharing what we do with your friends and family is the biggest compliment we can receive. We have many customers that are so very loyal to us, and we are incredibly grateful for each and every one of you. This holiday season we ask that you shop small. We always try to exceed your expectations in every project we complete. If we don't, we ALWAYS make it right.

This business was a dream I never thought would be possible, and my hope is to continue to create for you all for many years to come. Please be patient with us as we navigate this economy, and if you haven't yet give us a chance to create for you.
