We’re excited to share a new renovation we’ve been quietly working on in beautiful Santa Fe. This home is full of character, history, and incredible potential, and we can’t wait to bring new life to it while honoring the elements that make it special.

✨ Behind The Scenes Dining Room Transformation ✨

We’re still swooning over this dining room makeover… 🤍

What was once a heavily detailed space is now a refined, elevated room that feels both timeless and inviting. Proof that sometimes, less truly is more.

Here’s how we transformed it:
• Reimagined the ceiling from an oval tray to a clean, rectangular detail
• Updated the lighting for a sleek, yet traditional, cohesive look
• Refreshed the wainscoting for added architectural interest
• Installed a new fireplace surround
• Simplified the trim around the archways to let the space breathe
• Finished it off with a stunning Phillip Jeffries wallcovering for warmth and depth

The result? A dining room that feels lighter, more intentional, and effortlessly elegant.

New Year. New Space. Updated Perspective!

Swipe 👉 to see the before of our client’s guest bathroom remodel! We love how this bathroom turned out! It feels both classic and timeless yet updated and fresh. Here’s how we achieved it:
✔️kept all plumbing fixtures and layout in their original location
✔️ removed the wall between the vanity and shower to open up the bathroom
✔️ converted our clients antique dresser into the vanity. This brought in a layer of warmth and a unique, one-of-a-kind element to the bathroom
✔️new tile throughout
✔️new plumbing fixtures
✔️new lighting
✔️new mirror
✔️new frameless shower glass door
✔️new vessel sink

Behind every well-designed space is a deep understanding of materials. Last week our team explored a new (to us) stone yard for a Lunch & Learn. This type of continued education gives us hands-on experience with natural slabs, studying patterns, finishes, durability, and how each selection performs in real settings.

Why it matters: when we specify materials, we’re not just choosing what looks beautiful but selecting what will last, what will function properly, and what will enhance the overall design.

Education allows us to stay current on new offerings and design with confidence bringing you one of a kind space that will stand the test of time!
