I’m still trying to find the words for this one…

I am incredibly honored and humbled to have been selected as KBB Magazine’s 2026 Person of the Year.

To be recognized by a publication and an industry that I have respected for so many years is truly surreal. The kitchen & bath industry has given me so much—not just a career I love, but an incredible community of designers, manufacturers, builders, showrooms, and industry professionals who continue to inspire, challenge, and encourage me.

I’ve always believed that our industry is at its best when we share knowledge, lift each other up, and invest in the next generation of design professionals. Being recognized for something I genuinely love doing makes this honor even more meaningful.

A huge thank you to everyone who has supported me, collaborated with me, opened a door, shared a stage, trusted me with a project, or simply encouraged me along the way. This honor may have my name on it, but it truly represents a community of people. And a big congratulations to my fellow Praiseworthy Picks for 2026!

I feel so grateful, incredibly proud, and more inspired than ever to keep showing up, sharing what I know, and giving back to this amazing industry.

Thank you, KBB Magazine . What an honor.

The CEDIA Expo is always buzzing with innovation and the latest in smart home technology!

It was especially meaningful to reconnect with Interior Design Society friends, and join two panels alongside industry professionals I deeply respect and admire, and share insights on the future of connected living.

The perfect way to cap off an inspiring day? The CEDIA Smart Home Awards with my favorite tech-loving husband. 🤍🏠✨

Whats ? Only the smartest conference in town!

Happening September 1-4, 2026 in Denver, CO, is the place to be to learn about smart home technology features, and how designers can integrate these features into a project.

Want your lights to adjust based on time of day? We can do that.

Want your blinds to close automatically to keep a room cool. We can do that.

Want to hide your speakers on a focal point wall? Sure. We can do that.

Join me at the only event where the smart home tech community and the design community truly converge. Smart home technologies are not a trend, it's a way of life. Don't date your projects before they start. Your clients with thank you!
