Progress photos from a job we are very excited and proud to be a part of. The project consists of around 4500 sqft of terrazzo flooring with 4 different colors. There are 50 brass animals scattered throughout the floor. All of which are native to Colorado. The entire design of the floor was set using a stencil provided by CreativeEdgeia and contains around 5000 LF of brass strip.

Another successful and beautiful terrazzo floor installed at the Asteria Theatre building on the Colorado Mesa University campus in Grand Junction Colorado. We had a great experience being able to work with and collaborate with Semple Brown Design to deliver the elaborate terrazzo flooring pattern.

Progress pictures from the Colorado Springs Airport project. Approximately 14,000 sqft of terrazzo spanning the length of the concourse with a mountain range pattern separating the four colors. This project is being done in multiple phases using a stencil to continue the pattern down the concourse in each phase.

Finished photos from Platte River Power Authority building. The job consisted of 4000 sf of flooring with two plinths that were poured and finished completely by hand. The entire project was taken up to an 800 grit finish and looks incredible.

The architect for this project was HuntonBrady and they designed the 1/4” strip pattern with 1” strip segments throughout the lobby. Colorado Design Inc, the leading installer of Terrazzo products in the state of Colorado, is currently looking for general laborers interested in working right away!

No prior Terrazzo work experience is required, however any prior Terrazzo, Cement Finishing, Masonry, Tile Setting experience is highly valued and will reflect in pay. *MUST HAVE A VALID DRIVER LICENSE, RELIABLE MEANS OF TRANSPORTATION, PASS A DRUG TEST.

Duties include prep, layout, setting strips, mixing of materials, pouring, spreading of materials, troweling/squeegees/brushes/rollers, grinding, polishing, cleaning.
Great benefits including medical/dental insurance, a Health Saving Account plan and a 401K plan.

REQUIREMENTS
Ability to regularly lift and/or move up to 50 pounds
Current valid driver's license and satisfactory Motor Vehicle Report preferred.
Must be able to pass controlled substance test

Job Type: Full Time
Pay: Employees start at $18/hr for their first 30 days. At 30 days they will have a performance review which considers their performance in the first 30 days as well as their prior experience and will receive a pay increase accordingly.
