Big news for our design family!

We are beyond thrilled to announce that the Modern Christmas Tree has been officially nominated for Interior Design Magazine 2026 Best of Year Awards!

What started in 1966 as a patented mid-century modern design created by my grandfather, Bud Stoecker, has grown into an iconic centerpiece celebrated in architectural homes, museums, and modern spaces around the world. Now, we’re up for the prestigious People’s Choice Award—and we need your help to bring it home!

We received such an overwhelming response to our summer workshop updates last month that I’ve decided to extend our early-bird production perks into August. If you missed our July deadline, don't worry I want to make sure you still have the chance to take the stress out of holiday planning and secure your handcrafted tree before our autumn price adjustments take effect - Matt www.ModernChristmasTrees.com

Happy New Year from Edith Farnsworth House.

As we welcome 2026, we are reminded that stewardship is a year-round commitment. The site is currently closed for preservation work and will reopen in late March 2026, continuing our responsibility to care for this National Historic Landmark with the attention it demands.

Consider beginning the year with monthly support of Edith Farnsworth House. Sustaining gifts provide reliable funding for preservation, operations, and inclusive public programming—ensuring the house endures, not just for today, but for generations ahead.
